British Christmas Festive - Scrapmuch?

Good Morning!

Happy Friday!!!  Happy Thanksgiving to American Scrappers!!  Today I am posting a double page layout and the sketch was designed by Laura Whittaker.   Last weekend I hosted a Ladies Night Out "British Christmas Festive" at my house.  I served delicous British dinner and dessert.  Afterward, we did a Christmas craft - making a bird ornament out of felt.  We exchanged our gifts.  We had a lovely time.

On the layout, I didn't exactly followed the sketch, but I want to keep it simple.  I added faux stitching around the red cardstock.

50 Years - Still Going Strong

Hi,

Happy Friday!    Today I am sharing Scrapmuch?'s single page reveal this week. Here's a fun sketch; created by Laura Whittaker.  This photo was taken during my parents' 50th Wedding Anniversary last July.  With this sketch, I pretty much followed, except I added some embellishments with some purposes behind it.    For example, you may notice there are two sets of three arrows on the sketch, in my case; I come from a small family, one older brother and my parents.  So on my layout, I have two sets of four arrows which represent  my brother and I each are the family of four, three flowers - three living grandchildren and a butterfly; my niece, Caprice Lyn who departed this earth 13 years ago.

Game On! Stick it Down

Happy November,

Welcome for another inspirational share from the team over at Stick it Down.  This sketch was designed by Stick it Down Design Team Ali Gage.

I have a layout to share.  I have to admit, I strugged at first as I want to make sure the sentiment of the double page is well balanced.  When I saw my boys playing xbox on one of Saturday mornings before heading to bowling league.  "Game On!" was clicked on my mind and I quickly scrapped the next day.  I pretty much followed the sketch except for the numbers and sizes of the photos. I just loved the patterned paper by Echo Park - That's my boy.
